Jolokia Louisina is our extra hot version of
the famous Louisiana hot sauce. You will find
the mild versions of this sauce at restaurants
worldwide. Our sauce is skillfully blended
with Aged Cayenne and Bhut Jolokia (Ghost)
peppers, vinegar and sea salt.

most Bhut Jolokia sauces, the heat takes a
few seconds to appear but is very
universal sauce, steaks, seafood, pasta,
pizza, burgurs, hot dogs, noodles, wings,
shellfish, etc. As with any of our sauces,
we always recommend the use of a small
sauce bowl for dip tasting until you are
familiar with the heat and flavor
profile. Chefs use this to spice up
mayonaise, mustard and other sauces.
